Climate Change and Health – Implications for Clinical Practice
All day education event at Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center
Keynote Speakers: Dr. Jay Lemery & Dr. Aparna Bole
Join us from 7:00 to 5: 00 pm for a symposium that will address these issues by providing lectures and workshops by experts on the increasing evidence of climate change's impacts on health. It will also focus on the solutions that individual providers and the entire healthcare system can implement in their daily lives, their office/hospital. There will also be some talks on advocacy that will link to a future conference on advocacy in healthcare.
