Dipre’s office is responsible for guiding NOAA's work outside of the U.S., and help build NOAA's relationships with foreign governments, international organizations, and other offices and agencies in the U.S. government.
John Banghoff - Lead Meteorologist at National Weather Service State College, PA
Banghoff provides forecasts, warnings, and decision support for the public and partners in Central Pennsylvania. Banghoff focuses on snow squall forecasting and education, fire weather program enhancements, support for the Amish and Plain Communities, and provision of remote and on-site weather support for large events.
