Celebrating Ohio State's dinosaur - 5 years!
The imposing skeleton of the great Jurassic theropod dinosaur Cryolophosaurus from Antarctica was installed in the atrium of Orton Hall five years ago, and the Orton Geological Museum is celebrating this milestone! Come join them at the Orton Geological Museum on Monday, September 18, 2023, 12:00 noon-5:30 pm for a little anniversary celebration!
This is an inclusive, family-friendly event, with dinosaur cookies for all. The Museum is staying open after school recess time to accommodate families with kids.
Genuine dinosaur fossils will be on display, even some remarkable fossils found in Antarctica!
