There are many different media tools that can be useful for sharing research. Gaining experience with these tools is vital for effectively sharing your work with wide audiences. This training event aims to provide experience and tips to people looking to improve these science communication skills. Topics will include how different media outlets can be used to share your research, documenting field and lab work in an interesting way, and how to strengthen your interview. 

Co-sponsored by the Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center, the Sustainability Institute, OSU Outreach and Engagement, and OSU Research News, this event will is open to all OSU graduate students, postdocs, researchers, faculty and staff.
