On April 2, 2025, the Byrd Center held its Climate Careers Panel and Poster Session. Panelists included Claire Monk, New Albany STEM teacher; Shannon Stewart, AmeriCorps Director for Rural Action; and Chakeyla Anderson, VP of Environment Health Safety for Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. and a small business owner. The engaging panel, serving in key career roles focused on climate, discussed their career insights and experiences.
