We wish Byrd Center postdoc Stacy Porter @iceicestacy well as she begins her new position at Wittenberg University! In addition to her ice core research, Stacy has planned and facilitated more than 180 outreach events involving 7,500 individuals since 2016. Stacy recruited Byrd Center and OSU School of Earth Sciences members to form an Unlearning Racism in Geosciences (URGE) Pod in Spring 2021 and led our Winter 2021 book club that read All We Can Save.
