The Center for Urban and Regional Analysis (CURA) presents the Spring 2023 webinar Series: Tech in the City.
Ben Green is the author of the book The Smart Enough City: Putting Technology in Its Place to Reclaim Our Urban Future and the speaker for this event. He is a postdoctoral scholar in the Michigan Society of Fellows and an assistant professor at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, with a secondary field in Science, Technology, and Society, from Harvard University. He will discuss his views on technology that leads to smart cities, urban life, injustice and inequality.
