Celebrate Byrd's 65th Anniversary at our Banquet!
Please join us on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 5:30pm-9:00pm at North Bank Park Pavilion for the 30th Polar Libraries Colloquy Banquet, an evening filled with great company, engaging conversation, and a shared passion for the polar regions. Enjoy a memorable night with fellow polar enthusiasts and hear from keynote speaker Paul Bierman, a geologist, Professor at the University of Vermont, and Gund Fellow, as he shares how archival research is helping illuminate how climate change will shape the future of Greenland—and our world.
Join the Byrd Center in celebrating its 65th anniversary by taking part in the auction at the banquet. Auction proceeds will benefit ongoing Byrd Center initiatives, including undergraduate scholarships.
The cost to attend the banquet is $80.
