Beginning July 1, 2025, The Ohio State University will partner with Anthony Travel as its new Travel Management Company for employee business travel. 

This change marks the end of the university’s current relationship with Corporate Travel Planners (CTP). While Anthony Travel will handle all new flight bookings for individual business travelers starting on that date, employees will continue to use the Concur online booking tool, which will remain in place.

The transition will be seamless for travelers—existing travel profiles will be transferred automatically to the Anthony Travel-managed Concur system. Importantly, university travel policy will continue to require employees to book airfare through the contracted Travel Management Company.

All airfare purchased before July 1, 2025, should still be booked through CTP. Any trips booked with CTP on or before June 30 will continue to be serviced by CTP through the completion of travel.
