Megan is a first year M.S. student in the Department of Geography working with the Polar Meteorology group. She graduated in the spring of 2016 from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology, where she was part of Dr. Ryan Fogt’s research team for her junior and senior years, helping to recreate Antarctic pressure trends for the past 100 years. Her research interests revolve around Antarctic climate and she is specifically looking at how temperatures on the Antarctic Peninsula and at Byrd station have been changing in recent years.
