The Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics (AEDE) is hosting their annual Spring monthly webinar series. This webinar will discuss why our cities are increasingly sprawling and how low-density urban expansion increases carbon emissions. We will further introduce potential policies that can make urban development more environmentally efficient and explore the challenges in policy implementation.
