This presentation will occur over two separate 1-hour seminars, Feb. 22 and Feb. 28. Registrants will have the option to sign up for one or both of the webinars.  Tuesday, Feb. 22, 3-4pm Discussion with the U.S. Dept. of State’s Senior Arctic Official which will include the responsibilities and opportunities the United States has as an Arctic country, including the Arctic Council, which is the preeminent international forum for the region. Monday, Feb. 28, 3-4pm Discussion with the U.S. State Dept. Senior Advisor on Antarctica which will include the unique political arrangement and vulnerable environmental situation in Antarctica.
